Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
This document reflects GoBrise LLC's current practices as an early-stage company and has not yet been reviewed by outside legal counsel. It will be formally reviewed and may be updated before general availability.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between GoBrise LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States (“GoBrise”, “we”, “us”), and the business or individual that registers for or uses the GoBrise platform (the “Customer”, “you”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to them.
2. Description of the Service
GoBrise is a customer support platform combining AI-generated replies with human live chat. It includes a knowledge base that the AI agent answers from, escalation to human agents, a chat widget installable on the Customer's website, and — on supported plans — white-label branding that presents the widget under the Customer's own brand.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration, for keeping account credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of team members you invite.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Store, transmit or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others' rights
- Deliberately manipulate, overload or otherwise abuse the AI system or the Service's infrastructure
- Attempt to access, extract or probe another customer's data, accounts or conversations
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-authored where disclosure is required by law
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with notice where reasonably practicable.
5. Subscriptions, billing and plans
The Service is offered under several plans. Current plans, features and prices are described on our Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms; we do not duplicate specific figures here because they may change as the product evolves.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice, taking effect at your next renewal.
6. Free plan
The Free plan provides the core platform at no charge, subject to the usage limits described on the Pricing page.
Display of “Powered by GoBrise” branding in the chat widget is a permanent condition of the Free plan. Removing or obscuring this branding on the Free plan is a breach of these Terms. White-label branding is available on paid plans that include it.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you add to the Service, including your knowledge base material and your conversations with your visitors. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit that content to operate the Service for you.
We retain all rights to the platform itself — its software, design, and documentation — and nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
8. AI-generated content
AI responses are generated from the knowledge base content you provide. While the Service is designed to answer only from your approved material and to escalate unsupported questions to humans, we do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete or appropriate in every case.
You are responsible for reviewing the AI agent's behaviour and knowledge base content for your own use case, and for any decision to rely on its output in interactions with your customers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoBrise LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising out of or related to the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us anything.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably practicable.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow export, after which it will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI-generated output will meet any particular standard of accuracy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be brought in the courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice — for example by email or a notice in the product — before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that point constitutes acceptance.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to us at any time through our Contact page.
